Privacy Policy — Capsule Run

How the game handles your data. Written to match exactly what the app does.

Effective date: 17 July 2026
Developer / data controller: FuryLion — furylion.net
Contact: apps@furylion.net

This policy explains what data the mobile game Capsule Run (Android package com.furylion.capsulerun, published by FuryLion) collects, why, and what your choices are.

The short version
  • No account, no login, and nowhere to type anything — we never ask for your name, email, or any text.
  • No ads and no in-app purchases.
  • Your opponents are computer-controlled bots, not real players. Nothing about you is shown to anyone else.
  • The game uses analytics and install-attribution tools (via Voodoo's TinySauce SDK). In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and associated territories, none of it runs until you answer the consent screen — and you can decline and still play.
  • The only data involved is automatically-collected device and gameplay data — device identifiers, technical details, and fixed gameplay events like "match ended, rank 1, score 18." Never free text, never your identity.

1. Who we are

Capsule Run is developed and published by FuryLion ("we", "us"). For the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), FuryLion is the data controller for the processing described here.

Reach us about anything in this policy at apps@furylion.net, or via furylion.net.

2. What data is collected

Everything below is collected automatically by software in the game (the TinySauce SDK by Voodoo, which bundles the GameAnalytics, Adjust and Facebook/Meta SDKs). You never enter any of it yourself, because the game has no input fields at all.

2.2 Determining your region

When the game first starts, it checks — based on the approximate country associated with your IP address — whether a consent prompt is legally required where you are, so it can show you the right screen. This check is handled by Voodoo; see the Voodoo privacy policy for details.

2.3 What we do NOT collect

3. Why we process this data, and on what legal basis

PurposeWhat it coversLegal basis (GDPR regions)
Audience measurementUnderstanding how the game is played — which features are used, how matches go, how stable it runs — so we can improve itYour consent, given on the in-app consent screen
AttributionUnderstanding how you discovered the game (e.g. via an ad or partner) and measuring our marketingYour consent, given on the in-app consent screen
Determining whether consent is requiredThe one-time region check in section 2.2Our legitimate interest in complying with regional privacy law

These are exactly the two purposes ("Audience measurement" and "Attribution") shown on the in-app consent screen. We do not use your data for advertising within the game (there are no ads), for profiling with legal effects, or for automated decision-making about you.

4. Who receives the data (our partners)

Data is shared with exactly four partners, each acting under its own privacy policy:

PartnerWhat they receivePurposeTheir policy
GameAnalytics (analytics) Advertising ID, App Set ID, device model/manufacturer, OS version, connection type, session IDs, app/build/engine versions, gameplay events (names + numbers) Audience measurement gameanalytics.com/privacy
Voodoo (SDK provider; own analytics) A random app-generated ID (no Advertising ID, no device model), match start/finish data, app installs/opens, device RAM, performance metrics (FPS, memory, battery level) Audience measurement; stability & performance voodoo.io/privacy
Adjust (attribution) Device/advertising identifiers and app install/session activity, collected automatically by its SDK Install attribution, marketing measurement, fraud prevention adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
Facebook / Meta (attribution) Advertising ID and automatically-logged app events (install, launch, sessions), collected by its SDK. This happens through the SDK's presence alone — the game has no Facebook login or feature you interact with Install attribution, marketing measurement facebook.com/privacy/policy

We send no custom gameplay data to Adjust or Facebook — they receive only what their own SDKs collect automatically for attribution. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one beyond these four partners.

5. Your consent and how to change it

In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or associated overseas territories: on first launch the game shows a consent screen before any analytics or attribution software starts. Nothing is initialized and no data leaves your device until you respond.

To withdraw consent after accepting, you can:

Outside those regions: the consent screen is not shown and the analytics and attribution described here run by default, as permitted by your local law. You can still object or ask us to stop and delete your data at any time by emailing apps@furylion.net.

6. International data transfers

Our partners may process this data on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where GDPR applies, such transfers rely on appropriate legal safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — as set out in each partner's own privacy policy, linked in section 4.

7. How long data is kept

We do not run our own servers holding your data for this game — it goes directly to the four partners in section 4, which retain it under their own policies.

Each partner keeps the data for as long as its own privacy policy provides (linked in section 4). We ask that it be kept no longer than needed for the purposes described here, and you can have it deleted at any time by contacting us (see section 8).

The consent flags and random identifiers stored on your device persist until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.

8. Your rights

If you are in a region covered by GDPR (or similar law), you have the right to:

To exercise any of these — including deletion — email apps@furylion.net. Because the game has no accounts, we may ask you for the identifiers involved (for example, your device's Advertising ID, which you can find and reset in Android Settings → Google → Ads) so the request can be matched to the data our partners hold.

9. Children

Capsule Run is not directed at children. The consent screen requires you to confirm you are 16 or older before consenting. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16; if you believe a child used the game and data was collected, contact us at apps@furylion.net and we will arrange deletion with our partners.

10. Security

All data described here is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to the partners above. We do not store your personal data on our own servers for this game. Each partner is responsible for securing the data it holds, as described in its own policy.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change what the game collects or who receives it, we will update this policy and its effective date at this URL before the change takes effect. Material changes affecting consent will be reflected in the in-app consent flow.
